This is a safe event
As these are different times and the health and safety of the attendees and exhibitors of these events is of the utmost importance to us, each event will adhere to each province’s COVID-19 regulations. This includes a limit on the number of people at each session and scheduled times for cleaning and sanitizing.
Covid Precautions

Do not enter if you have:
- Been in contact with someone that is confirmed to have COVID-19
- Been notified that you were in a high risk setting for COVID-19 in the past 14 days (e.g., on a plane or at an event)
- Travelled outside Canada in the last 14 Days

Do not enter if you have a new onset of two or more of the following symptoms:
- Runny nose
- Muscle aches
- Fatigue
- Loss of taste or smell
- Headache
- Hoarse voice
- Nausea, vomitting or diarrhea

Do not enter if you have a new onset of any of the following symptoms:
- Fever
- Cough
- Sore Throat
- Shortness of breath

If any of the these apply, please:
- Limit your contact with others
- Immediately self-isolate at home
Safety Measures

Hand hygiene
- no-handshake event,
- sanitizing stations placed at entry/exit and throughout the event floor

Physical distancing
- extra wide aisle widths,
- spaces between seats areas

Personal Protective Equipment
- PPE MUST be worn at the trade show
- Clear face shields will be provided
- Other masks may be worn, but are not provided

No-Touch Temperature Checks
- Conducted daily for all staff, exhibitors and attendees entering the show floor.

Cleaning & Disinfecting
- Scheduled cleaning and sanitizing throughout the day

Contact tracing with pre-registration ticketing system

Signage posted as reminders for hand hygiene, physical distancing & respiratory etiquette

Rapid response, outbreak protocol & safety inspections all in place
