The Thanks for Farming Tour is back for year 3! This time making 2 stops; one in Saskatchewan and one in Manitoba. Our mission for the tour has stayed the same—connect the Ag community with quality manufacturers and proudly give back to the future of Ag.

Our vision for the tour is simple; to host events that allow us to connect with the Ag community, say Thank You to resilient and adaptable growers, producers and farming communities by giving back to Ag in Canada. Our educational and innovative events allow exhibitors to connect with Ag buyers and attendees to engage in the newest trends across the industry, and have a lot of fun while they’re there!

The 2022 tour will be making stops in Swift Current, SK (Kinetic Park) from July 12-13, and Winkler, Manitoba (Meridian Exhibition Centre) from July 28-29.  Both locations where chosen due to the strong agricultural roots. We are looking forward to celebrate and give back to these communities.

“The Thanks for Farming Tour offers education, entertainment, and the opportunity to meet with and learn from innovative Ag businesses.” Says Jeremy Matuszewski, one of the Thanks for Farming Tour organizers. “But most importantly it allows us to provide a place to celebrate and thank the farming communities for what they do to give back; giving credit where credit is due.”

Giving back was a huge focus for our past tours and the 2022 Thanks for Farming Tour will be no different. To keep this event farmer-focused, admission will be a $10 minimum donation to our local charity per person, per day with complimentary lunch and beverages provided. Pre-registration is a requirement with all ticket proceeds going to local non-profit organizations. This year the chosen charities are the Swift Current Ag & Ex in Saskatchewan and Central Station in Manitoba. The Swift Current Ag & Ex focuses on agriculture initiatives and Central Station provides support, connections and programs for the communities in which they serve.
