Move in

We will be assigning move in dates and times in order to assist with proper placement of large equipment and facilitate a smooth move in for all exhibitors.  Exhibitors with carry in items only, can feel free to move in any time on Monday or Tuesday.

Upon arrival to the building at your scheduled move in time, please check in with the Floor Manager for and they will ensure you get your equipment in as soon as possible.  All equipment must be cleared of snow before entering the building including boxes and accessories.

*** We will have floor managers assisting the move-in.

Our move-in dates will consist of:

  • Monday, November 9th,  8am–6pm
  • Tuesday, November 10th, 8am–6pm

Outside exhibitors are asked to set up anytime Monday, November 9th & Tuesday, November 10th.  Forklift service will not be available to exhibitors prior to the above dates, unless special arrangements are requested and approved.

As we get closer to the date of the show we will contact exhibitors that have large equipment and If you require large door access.

Move Out

We will be shutting down the Thanks for Farming tour at 5:00 pm on Thursday, November 12th. We ask that no company dismantles their booth until or after 5:00 pm.

All equipment must be cleared out of the buildings by 10p.m. on Thursday, November 12th.   Please ensure your staff is ready to move you out after the show on Thursday, November 12th starting at 5 pm.
