The health and safety of our staff and those attending these events is extremely important to us. Thanks For Farming Tour Ltd has outsourced a safety officer, monitored health guidelines, and put the necessary protocols in place to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and to keep our guests, staff, and exhibitors safe. All event staff have been trained in proper hand washing hygiene and sanitation protocols.
To comply with government safety regulations, attendee, dealer, and exhibitor names, phone numbers, and addresses will be obtained. In the case of an outbreak, this information will be shared with the provincial health authorities, or used internally for Thanks for Farming Tour Ltd. to conduct required contact tracing efforts.
We ask that physical distancing of six feet be kept between event attendees when present at the event. This applies to everyone except for those who arrived at the event in the same vehicle. In other words, those who come together can sit together and do not have to maintain a two meter distance from that select group of people that they arrived with.
